My name is Casey McRae and I am the Owner and Baker of Casey’s Cakes. I am a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator that wants to share my passion with everyone!

Ever since I was in elementary school, I knew I wanted to be a baker. My whole life, I spent my nights experimenting new flavors and developing my skills.

I completed my associates in Baking & Pastry at the Culinary Institute of America and my Bachelors in Food Service Management at Johnson & Wales University.

I have worked in Hospitality for as long as I can remember. I have worked as a Cake Decorator in NYC and a Pastry Chef in the Hamptons.
