Policy

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to any order requests

  • Payments are accepted via cash, Venmo, or Square Payments

  • Deliveries will be an additional fee

  • A deposit of 20% is required to confirm a custom order

  • Order requests should be placed via the contact tab or through email

  • If your order needs to be canceled for any reason, please reach out at least 3 days in advance

  • A refund will not be honored if an order is not picked up at the allotted time.

FAQs

  • The sooner the better! Preferably, 2 weeks in advance at the latest. This ensures I have all the decorations and ingredients necessary.

  • Yes. This ensures we agree on the design, date, and price. This also protects both of us by ensuring you get your ordered items and that I get paid for my time/ materials if something comes up and you need to cancel.

    A 20% deposit at the time of your order. This goes towards the final price of your order.

    Deposits can be paid to @caseyscakesnyc on Venmo.

    If I cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded!

  • All starting prices are listed under the menu page. The starting price includes a standard of 3 layers of a single-flavor cake with a basic 2 layers of buttercream filling and a basic design.

    It is best to fill out the form above to get the most accurate pricing!

  • There are so many options for creating a spread!

    It can include any of the following:

    • Cake

    • Cupcakes

    • Cookies

    • Brownies

    • Macarons

    • Cake Pops

    • Cake Cups

    • Chocolate-dipped Strawberries

    • Tarts/ Mini Tarts

    Any spread including 3 or more items (not including a cake) will receive a 5% discount!
